The purpose of this meeting was to review the Chapter’s past events and discuss possible future Chapter activities for 2023.  The following were among the topics discussed:

• Standards for construction of EV charging stations

• Energy efficiency (buildings)

• Standards for 3D construction of buildings, possible visit to a 3D building

• New technology on injecting liquid CO2 into concrete to reduce cement content

• Heriot-Watt University efforts on decarbonization

• Maturity sensors in concrete for strength testing

• Corrosion – use of FRP bars in concrete

• Reclamation - soil testing of reclaimed land

• Modular construction - precast
